Vincent Levy
With over 25 years of experience in the private sector and as a certified crisis intervention officer, he developed the C.A.L.M. program to provide individuals with skills for conflict resolution and verbal de-escalation, as well as crisis intervention and crisis management training.
The purpose of the C.A.L.M. program is to equip individuals with the necessary skills and techniques to manage and de-escalate conflict situations effectively through communication, awareness, language, and mindset.
